We operate www.yixzswd.com under the YIXZSWD Direct name. We determine how personal information is used for operating the store and handling enquiries and orders. This policy describes those activities and the choices available to you. It does not cover an independent third-party website you choose to visit.

2. Information we handle

We handle contact information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number if supplied, company, billing and delivery address; order details, chosen products, currency, correspondence and support attachments; and subscription preferences and consent records. If you submit a review, its public name, rating, text and any uploaded photographs may be visible publicly. Do not include private information in a public review.

Technical information may include IP addresses, browser and device information, security and server logs, cookie identifiers and store preferences. Cart contents, country, language and order-reference information may be stored in your browser. We do not ask you to email complete card numbers or card security codes.

3. Why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, process and deliver accepted orders, provide support, returns and warranty service, prevent abuse, maintain the website, and meet tax, accounting and other legal duties. Where GDPR applies, the relevant bases include taking steps at your request and performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating a reliable store and handling claims, subject to your rights. Optional email marketing uses your consent, which you can withdraw.

A newsletter request records your email, selected language and consent; it is not permission to share your address for unrelated advertising. Contact us to unsubscribe or withdraw a pending request. We do not treat submitting an order or enquiry as consent to promotional emails.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose necessary information to hosting and security providers, carriers and US or German fulfillment warehouses, email and support providers, and professional advisers or authorities where required. Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce, hosting on Alibaba Cloud in Frankfurt, and Gmail for store email. Information sent by email is therefore also processed through Google’s services.

When online payments are enabled, the payment provider identified at checkout, intended to include Airwallex, will handle payment information under its own applicable terms. Online payment is currently inactive; a cart or unpaid request does not charge your card. We retain the order and payment reference information necessary for our records rather than complete card security details.

The website has integrations for Google, Jetpack, MailPoet, Reddit, Snapchat and TikTok. Depending on the features enabled and used, these services may process device identifiers and website interaction or transaction-related events for store operations, communications, measurement or advertising. You may contact us about the services involved and your applicable consent, objection and advertising choices. Where consent is legally required for optional tracking, it must be obtained before that tracking begins.

5. Cookies, local storage and video

The first-party yix_guest cookie is used for request security and normally expires after one day. Browser storage remembers selected market, language, display preferences, cart and order-reference information; these values generally remain until removed or updated. Browser controls let you clear stored information, but this may empty your cart or reset preferences. Necessary security and functionality storage is distinct from optional measurement or advertising storage.

We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player for embedded YouTube videos. Some videos, including the homepage banner, may load and play automatically with sound muted; others load when you choose to play them. Loading an embedded player may disclose your IP address and device information to the provider and may involve its storage or tracking. You may pause playback using the player controls. Videos uploaded directly to our store are served from our hosting infrastructure.

6. Locations and international processing

Our company is in Shenzhen, China; our store server is in Germany, while authorized staff and providers, including fulfillment and email services, may process information in other countries. We limit disclosures to what is needed. Where international-transfer law applies, the relevant transfer must have a valid legal basis and any required safeguards. Contact us about the recipient, destination and safeguards relevant to your information.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for the time needed for its purpose and applicable duties: orders for fulfillment, warranty, accounting and legal claims; support records to resolve issues and manage related claims; subscription data until withdrawal or no longer needed, with limited consent evidence where justified; and logs for security and troubleshooting. Legal retention and litigation requirements may extend a period. We review deletion requests against those duties.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information, including access restrictions and protected connections. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information and contact us about suspected misuse.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where applicable, you may also exercise rights relating to targeted advertising or sale or sharing of personal information. We assess requests according to the law that applies rather than assuming every right applies identically everywhere.

Email us to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify identity. Under GDPR, responses are normally due within one month, subject to lawful extensions and exceptions. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including in your place of habitual residence where applicable. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order or service messages.

9. Children and policy changes

The store is intended for purchases by authorized adults and is not directed to children. We do not intentionally collect children’s information.
