1. Who we are and when these terms apply

These terms govern purchases and use of www.yixzswd.com. We sell commercial display products to businesses and individual consumers. A consumer is a person purchasing mainly outside their trade or profession. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain in force.

2. Products and orders

Check the model, dimensions, configuration, installation requirements, delivery country and order total before ordering. Images illustrate products; the confirmed specification and selected configuration determine what you purchase. Contact us if a material detail is unclear.

Adding items to a cart, submitting an enquiry or receiving an automatic acknowledgement does not itself confirm our acceptance. An order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance in writing. Availability, the agreed price and delivery arrangements must be confirmed. We will contact you about a material error before acceptance; you may decline the revised offer. We will not substitute products without agreement.

3. Prices, currency and payment

United States orders are priced in USD; supported European delivery destinations are priced in EUR. Prices may differ between markets rather than being a direct exchange-rate conversion. Select your actual delivery country. The final order total and currency must be shown before you commit.

Published selling prices include shipping, applicable taxes, customs duties and import fees for the stated destination. Any separately requested optional service must be disclosed and accepted before payment. Your bank may independently charge for currency conversion or a cross-border card transaction; ask your bank for its terms.

Online payment and order submission are currently not activated. A cart or unpaid request does not take payment. When payment becomes available, only the methods actually offered at checkout apply, with the amount and payment status shown there. Do not send card details by email. Dispatch depends on confirmed payment unless we expressly agree otherwise.

4. Delivery

United States orders normally dispatch from our US overseas warehouse within 2–3 days. Supported European orders normally dispatch from our German overseas warehouse within 2–3 days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–7 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Availability, large orders, holidays and access or freight arrangements may affect timing. We will communicate material delays and respect your applicable cancellation and delivery rights.

Provide an accurate address and tell us about delivery access restrictions. For consumer orders, transit risk remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Please report visible damage promptly; the absence of an unboxing video does not remove your legal rights.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Read our Refund Policy for the process, time limits and return freight. Our professional after-sales team assists with troubleshooting, replacement-part video tutorials and video-call guidance. Defective components covered by the 2-year warranty are supplied and shipped free of charge. We provide lifetime free technical support. If an appropriate repair or replacement cannot resolve a quality-related fault, we will discuss a return and refund or another appropriate remedy, without limiting statutory rights. We bear return freight for confirmed quality issues. Please report problems promptly; for issues noticed on arrival, contact us within 7 days where possible, without limiting later warranty or legal claims. Products include a 2-year commercial warranty from delivery for manufacturing and quality defects under normal intended use. Coverage includes the machine housing/enclosure, screen/display panel, mainboard, cables and wiring, screws and other supplied fasteners, wheels/casters, remote control, and other supplied components and accessories applicable to the purchased model. Contact us with the order reference and problem description for assessment and an appropriate remedy. Misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications and ordinary wear are not manufacturing defects, without limiting mandatory rights.

EU consumer withdrawal rights and statutory conformity guarantees apply independently of this commercial warranty. Business purchasers may have different rights under their contract and applicable law.

6. Website use, content and availability

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or publish unlawful content. Submitted reviews must reflect your experience and may be moderated for relevance, privacy and unlawful content. Any imported reviews are identified as such and are not represented as verified purchases from this store.

Website content and third-party media may be protected by intellectual property rights. Access does not grant a right to reuse protected material beyond permissions or applicable law. We may maintain or update the site; product statements and policies applicable to an accepted order are not retroactively reduced by a later update.

7. Responsibility and complaints

We are responsible for our obligations under the contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Contact us first about an order or complaint so we can investigate. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or remove access to a competent court or consumer authority. Applicable mandatory protections in your country of residence prevail over inconsistent wording.

8. Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required; the terms agreed for an existing purchase continue to apply to that purchase.
